Strategy Research On Tourism Industry Cluster Development In Jing'an County

Tourism industrial clusters refer to a number of industries,which are directly or indirectly related to tourism,surround some fantastic tourism resources,markets or tourism destinations,and then a certain scale of the gathering area or aggregates are formed there.Due to the high relevance and strong driven power of the tourism industry,it has gradually become one of the industries encouraged and developed by the government.With the tourism industry becoming more and more outstanding,the governments around the world have concerned how to develop tourism industrial clusters to improve the competitiveness of the tourism industry.Jiangxi Province advances with the times,the government clearly declares the policy of developing tourism to strengthen the economy of the province,improving the speed of tourism industry transformation and upgrading,formally announced a list of 35 major tourism industrial clusters,the tourism industrial clusters in Jing' an,Yichun City was listed.Therefore,the tourism circle in Jiangxi Province and other parts of the country pay great attention to how to develop the tourism industrial clusters in Jing' an.Under the guide of the relevant theory,this paper takes the tourism industrial clusters in Jing'an as the research object,with the SWOT analysis;make an analysis of the internal environment in Jing'an County.It showed the strengths,the weaknesses,the possible opportunities and the challenges that may enoutered in its development.Here are the conclusions:First,the tourism resources in Jing'an belong to composite resources,the distribution is properly excellent,all kinds of resources gathered as a number of distinct groups,with comfortable weather conditions,so it is suitable to arrange integrally and develop gradually.Secondly,there are a lot of advantages of tourism industrial clusters in Jing'an County,such as :rich tourism resources,the advantages of the location and different kinds of tourism industries,but the tourism infrastructure there is poor,and can't attract more tourists from other places because of the single and dim characteristics if the core products.What's worse,the correlation between the enterprises is low.Of course,the tourists would like to go to the compound tourism destination,and choose to travel independently and self-help style,which bring the opportunities to the development of Jing'an tourism.One of the biggest challenges Jing'an faced is the homogeneity of tourism products with other tourism areas.Finally,based on the economic,cultural social and ecological construction of Jing'an,the paper showed the layout of the tourism industrial clusters,that is “one city three towns and six developing areas” and the developing direction “Travel+”,which suggested that we can combine the tourism with culture,product,marketing and other industries.The detail strategies are: enriching the content,enhancing the image;thinking innovatively,building the support system;promoting marketing,expanding the market;integrating industries,promoting the overall development.These strategies emphasized that the government should joint the tourism with other industries to make a great development,and then the competitiveness of the tourism industry in this county can be thoroughly promoted.
