As one of three driving carriages of economy grow,Imports&Exports playing an important role in Chinese economic growth.Against The import and export,the international settlement of funds,is another important part of Imports&Exports.For the features of its huge quantity and high profits,all of the domestic banks expanding business in this filed,therefore,by conducting international settlement business,is an important means to enhance banks' competitiveness.But also for the international settlement business strongly influences by policy,professional,difficult to innovate but easy to imitate,fewer Practitioners features,banks developing in uneven level of business,especially small and medium commercial banks,there is a big gap between with foreign banks,state-owned commercial banks.Taizhou is the birthplace of Chinese private economy,is also the only prefecture-level city which have 3 local city commercial banks(Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank,Bank of Taizhou,Zhejiang Mintai Commercial Bank),it walking ahead in small and micro financial reform and innovation services in China,and Taizhou's export-oriented economic structure,also promotes the rapid development of international settlement.As natives of Taizhou,the three city commercial banks,the RMB business is developing rapidly,walking in the forefront of the other ones,but comparing with other state-owned banks and the national joint-stock commercial banks,their international settlement business levels still remain at low levels,which is now a common feature of many other domestic city commercial banks.In the highly competitive international settlement business market,how can city commercial banks take a share of the market,and even further developing is an urgent need to study and solve problems.Therefore,this article selected the Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank,which conduct international settlement most active of the three,as the main studying object,through this study,to improve the marketing strategy of international settlement product of local City Commercial Bank,break through the bottleneck,improve operational level,and also being able to point and face,providing reference for the other city commercial banks.This paper uses the research methods likes example comparative,by Comparing with international settlement product marketing strategy of other state-owned banks and joint-stock banks,and conducting a more detailed study of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank's internal environment and external environment,problems and causes of developing international settlement,based on this,through SWOT analysis,integrating and developing feasible and effective marketing strategies to improve Competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition and win a share in the market.As a regulators of international settlement for long time,I hope this paper can be able to provide inspire and help for relevant bodies and personnel who engage in the international settlement product business.
