With the gradual deepening of economic globalization and the fast development of our national economy, The business volume of our international trade has increased continuously and international trade enjoys a vigorous development, which has provided a huge market of international settlement and precious opportunities for businesses of this kind in each commercial bank. Considering the huge market, commercial banks are attaching greater importance to the transaction of international settlement. However, within the limited market, small- and medium-sized stock-holding banks are joining in, and internationally famous banks are also seizing the Chinese market, this will pose big challenges for big-and medium-sized commercial banks and meanwhile aggravate contest among international settlement banks. For the Bank A HZ Branch with traditional advantages, problems that have to be solved are about keeping its its consistent advantage of international settlement in the increasingly competitive market and retaining its market share.Therefore, It's necessary to analyze the status quo of the international settlement marketing and strategies of the above bank, and put forward practical and viable suggestions to improve and optimize marketing strategies.By expounding the status quo of marketing strategies of international settlement products of the Bank A HZ Branch, and through the use of SWOT to analyze its own strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats in the exterior environment, the thesis concludes that although this bank has its own strengths in the marketing process, and enjoys many opportunities in the market, there are many factors that will restrict its development in the marketing of international settlement products, for example, the management system needs to be improved and the procedure building to be optimized, the pricing of products is not flexible, channels of marketing are relatively limited, and the marketing team has to be strengthened. In addition to the above conclusion,the thesis will, according to the marketing situation of this bank, put forward viable and practical suggestions to improve and optimize its operation from the perspectives of products, price, channels, promotion and management, for example, to consistently pursue business innovation and constantly strengthen brand image; to endlessly enrich varieties of products and strengthen innovation of international settlement products; to further optimize customer structure; to formulate suggestions to improve marketing strategies of international settlement products of the bank; to improve management system; to simplify the procedure of international settlement products; to build the mechanism of pricing hierarchy; to work out diversified marketing way; to optimize marketing channels; to establish the system for safeguarding the team of talented people Hopefully these suggestions will solve problems of the Bank A HZ Branch in marketing strategies so as to get optimized and improved.The thesis aims to solve and improve problems of the marketing strategies exist in. the Bank A HZ Branch so that it can bring its advantage into full play, guard against disadvantages to enhance its competitiveness and achieve success in the market of international settlement. Meanwhile, commercial banks in our country operate similarly in many ways, such as in product marketing, thus the thesis will provide some references for other inter-bank institutions in terms of marketing strategies.
