A Study Of The Relationship Between Financial Structure And Industrial Structure Of Central China

Finance plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of the funds and optimizing capital allocation,and the industrial structure upgrade needs financial support,so the relationship between financial structure and industrial structure becomes a subject that domestic and foreign scholars have widely explored.Therefore,the paper takes the central region of China as the perspective to study the relationship between financial structure and industrial structure,exploring how the financial structure plays a dynamic role in central China,so as to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.Under this background,this paper summarizes the major domestic and foreign research achievements,provides an overview of the financial structure and industrial structure,and then describes the interaction mechanism between them;on this basis,combined with the actual situation in central region of China,it describes the status of the financial structure and industrial structure.Then it uses the quantitative economics theory,through co-integration,Granger causality test and impulse response function to study the relationship between them.It can be concluded that the financial structure have not played its role in the adjustment of industrial structure.In conclusion,through the analysis of the article,starting with prospects of financial institutions structure,financial market structure and Monetary Policy,the paper is trying to found a method to adjust the financial structure to improve the financial structure.
