Research On The Relationship And Interaction Between Producer Services And Advanced Manufacturing Industry In Gansu Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of the third industry and the deepening of the division of labor,the focus of economic development has gradually shifted to the tertiary industry.In the meantime,producer service industry as the most potential industry in the third industry,has gradually become the leading force in the development of many countries' economy.The production activities of traditional manufacturing industries continue to penetrate the productive service industry,and more and more links need the service industry to participate.In some developed countries,the boundaries between productive service industry and manufacturing industry become increasingly blurred,even showing an interdependent and high degree of integration of the state,which plays an important role in some countries industrialization and economic structure transformation and has a demonstration effect in the global economic development of the information age.But as the development direction of manufacturing industry,the advanced manufacturing industry,whether it has is a similar relationship with the producer services,and whether the economic development can produce much effect.The answers to these questions have yet to form a conclusion in economic research.What is the situation of the actual development of productive service industry and advanced manufacturing,whether there is a relationship between them,how do they influence each other,whether it is helpful to the promotion of economic development.These problems are worth discussing.Especially in China,the existing research on the relationship between producer services and advanced manufacturing industry are from the perspective of theory,there are few empirical studies and most of them are carried out around the more developed areas.In this paper,we discuss the relationship and interaction between producer services and advanced manufacturing industry from the empirical point of view,using the methods of input output analysis and econometric model analysis,taking Gansu Province as an example.First,define the classification standard about the producer service industry and advanced manufacturing industry by considering some factors,such as the existing classification system ?the availability of data and the repeatability of research.Then introduce the development of Gansu producer services and advanced manufacturing by using the descriptive statistics method.Finally,using two different methods(input-output analysis and econometric model),to study the relationship and interaction between the two industries.The results show the productive service industry and advanced manufacturing industry of Gansu Province have many problems,such as small overall size,single capital structure,and unbalanced structure.The internal structure of the industry is not balanced,and has a week correlation,but there is a high dependence relation between a few segments of the industry.So the priority of the development should give to those highly related segments,in order to optimize the economic structure,promote the purpose of economic development.
