In the period of internet economy,the profit model is the core of enterprise development,the traditional profit model already can't satisfy the development needs of the modern enterprise.Internet promotes the supply end innovation,release the enquiry side potential.The original profit pattern of traditional enterprise must be changed,to keep up with the pace of the times progress.Like the old saying,profit model is an enterprise with its own resources,and integration of external resources,guided by the demands of users to provide target user demand,through a series of value chain activities,the process of creating corporate profits and value finally.Traditional profit model transformation is the key to realize the rapid flow of modern enterprise value stream,for almost all of the industry,in the whole process of value creation,more than 90% of the links and time is not creating value,if the company through make effective value stream management,make the value more rapid delivered,it's the reach of the optimal profit model.Profit model is through some kind of the operation mode of the value chain,the nature of each stakeholder can obtain their maximum economic profits on their nodes under the condition of the minimum cost,the profit pattern of traditional enterprise is constantly updating cost management,but the real era which can gain the maximum benefit with limited cost is the era of mobile Internet.So-called the new kinetic energy,the new economy is implemented in the environment of the " Internet +",the Internet will effectively link the traditional enterprise,with its liquidity of value,on the basis of the existing profit model to planning enterprise strategy,with the information flow to affects enterprise material flow or service flow,then leading to cash flow.Car rental service in China is still in the primary stage at present,under the environment of mobile "Internet +" is gradually transit,car rental service is a service industry,so the customer is the core of the driving car rental enterprise development,the character of the traditional car rental service is the liquidity,with lesser fixed customers,so the investment is lesser in terms of customer satisfaction,but now the service is much more mobile interconnected,in the era of web 3.0,the customer can conduct a comprehensive interaction in the network platform,they raised the requirement of the service,customer driven enterprise profit model to have a great shift.By reading a large number of the literature of profit model,summarized the element of this the profit pattern in this case.With the expatiation of the details both in internal and external environment of China auto rental,to discuss its development in transition of "new energy,new economy" environment.China auto rental from traditional profit model to "Internet +" profit model has experienced great changes,this article combined the environmental analysis,as well as the comparisonand analysis of the elements between China auto rental in traditional profit model and the "Internet +" profit model,summed up the problems of China auto rental under the current profit model,through contrastive analysis of the profit model of the financial indicators with the same intra-industry competitors,according to the analysis result,put forward the corresponding measures for existed problems,and finally summarizes the shortcomings of researching this case,according to status quo of the development of mobile Internet,point out the trend of the development of China auto rental.
