With the gradual development of China's car rental industry,the arrival of the"Internet+" era has brought great changes to the car rental industry.The car rental industry is essentially a kind of service industry,so the focus of the development of the industry lies in the customers themselves,while the number of fixed customers affected by the characteristics of the industry is not large,so most customers will not choose to invest too much capital in customer satisfaction.With the gradual Internet of car rental services,customers can complete the entire car rental process on the network platform,and this convenient registration mode is the customer demand for higher quality car rental services.The change of this kind of service form also affects the profit model of car rental enterprises.In recent years,many foreign companies have started to enter the Chinese market with the help of the wave of Internet+,which has brought great impact on local registered enterprises.Many enterprises choose to reduce prices to compete in the market,but this competition mode cannot bring long-term advantages.The most fundamental way is to change the traditional profit mode.The main content of this paper is to analyze the large-scale SZ car rental companies in China,and specifically analyze the problems existing in their profit model,hoping to give more car rental companies inspiration for sustainable development in the era of "Internet+".In this paper,a large number of domestic and overseas literatures related to the research topic of this paper were collected first,and the literatures were sorted out to have a certain understanding of the profit model and SZ car rental company.Secondly,the current industry environment of car rental in China is analyzed by using PEST method,and the five elements of profit model are selected.Among them,the five elements are profit point,profit object,profit source,profit leverage and profit barrier,respectively,to analyze and explore the current profit model status of SZ car rental company.Then,the financial data of SZ car rental company is used to analyze the impact of its profit model on its finance,and the financial effect of SZ car rental profit model is analyzed through indicators.The analysis results of this paper show that the profitability of SZ company is on a downward trend,and the profits obtained are also decreasing year by year.Present a tendency of increasing the company's debt ratio,the company has obvious disadvantages in terms of short-term debt paying ability,enterprise's growth is very limited,while the profit pattern of SZ car rental companies currently use also has many advantages,but now in the context of Internet+,more and more fierce market competition,and if the SZ car rental companies do not retain the existing advantage conditions continue to improve the profit model,then the future long-term stable development of the company is bound to be affected by the larger.Therefore,this paper finally optimizes the existing profit model from four aspects:optimizing the structure of profit source,competitive pricing of SZ car rental company,lightening the assets of SZ car rental company and enhancing the core competitiveness.
