Research On Innovation And Innovation Of Tourism Scenic Spot Management

In recent years, the tourism industry has a period of great prosperity as well as rapid economic growth. However, the management system of many scenic spots is too inflexible and already incompatible with the reality. This paper intends to use multi-disciplinary knowledge, including management science, administration science and tourism resource science, to do a comprehensive study of the managerial system of Nantong Horticulture Exposition Park. The research method used in this paper is a combination of theory and empirical analysis.Administrative structural reform with great significance in research and strong power in practical guidance, is the nucleus problem in the management and administration of tourist attractions, and is the most important focus in the development of tourist spots. The administrative system of tourist attractions determines the management mechanism and the development pattern of tourist attractions. When the development of tourist attractions is concerned, it is an important subject to carry forward an active property system reform so as to form an administrative system with protective orientation and development orientation.The author regards a series of domestic and foreign leading researches and industrial theoretical trends as the foundation of academic research, explores an important administrative pattern in recent Chinese tourist attraction by beginning with operating mechanism and innovation in tourist attractions, focuses on the theoretical support, pattern formation and related significance, and deeply discusses possible defects in the management pattern of Chinese tourist attraction, such as weak leadership of a central government and unclear system brought by the administrative pattern, reduced scenic area managerial efficiency caused by the multiple management patterns, possible short-term actions for enterprise management, lower construction levels, threats to the environment, and so on.This paper is based on Nantong Horticulture Exposition Park, summarizes its development history of construction, and analyzes the primary problem that management mechanism is the nominal separate administration from management or management dominated by government in practice, so as to propose solutions based on separation of the three powers, suggest enterprises to adopt share management system, leverage diversification of share pattern structure and social functions of investors to attract more investment groups and participate in construction of tourist attraction, raise more development capital for developing tourist attraction through financing activities, and finally define a scientific path of managerial mechanism reform.
