Study On The Construction Of Labor Cost Management System In Power Generation Enterprises

Labor cost will become an important link to optimize the input-output ratio,improve the economic benefits in power generation enterprises,as the basic establishment in the market mechanism of today,space and fuel cost of power generation enterprises to reduce the labor cost is small.The control of labor cost is the objective need to establish a modern power enterprise.The present study and practice of labor cost management in power enterprises is still in the stage of exploration,and the research and design the construction of integrated closely power enterprise practice labor cost management system and the implementation of the program is rare.Based on the labor cost management system of power generation enterprises as the research object,from the theoretical and empirical method,construction of the labor cost management system in power generation enterprise was studied as follows:(1)The analysis theory,the enterprise labor cost management system of the index system and the labor costs were concluded.(2)Combined with field research,summed up the current situation of labor cost management in power enterprises in China and the existing problems were summed up.Mainly embodied in:the old power generation enterprises employing mechanisms;the outflow of talent drain in power generation enterprises;unreasonable labor cost;the staff organization of internal cost management was unreasonable in power generation enterprises;contents and methods of labor cost management was not true;et al.(3)Some ideas and measures of constructing labor cost management system inthe power generation enterprises were suggested,including:adjustment the organization structure in the power generation enterprises;establish and perfect the labor cost accounting system,determine the reasonable expenditure scope of labor cost in power generation enterprise;construction the labor cost management index system;determine the appropriate control line;and the establishment the early-warning system of labor cost in power generation enterprises.(4)The design scheme of the implementation of labor cost management system in HJ Power Company were proposed based on the above research.
