Research On Purchasing Cost Control Of A Power Generation Enterprise In China

Electric power industry is China's basic energy industry,the power industry is not only related to the national economic security,but also with people and enterprises daily needs.In recent years,in the power system reform and supply side reform background,the power industry's internal competition gradually increased.At the same time as the fuel supply prices continue to rise,the power industry profit margins are further compressed,the power industry is facing enormous threats and challenges.Therefore,the purchasing cost control for enterprises to reduce costs and increase competitiveness is particularly important.And in the cost of power generation enterprises constitute the cost of procurement accounted for a large proportion,so the cost of purchasing control is the focus of power generation enterprise cost control.This paper will study the purchasing cost control problem of power generation enterprises,combining with purchasing management theory and supply chain management theory,through finding out the problems in the current purchasing cost control and analyzing the causes of the problems,and then put forward targeted solutions.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly explains the background and significance of this paper,and domestic and foreign scholars for supply chain management and purchasing cost control research in detail.The second part is the procurement and supply chain related overview,including the concept of procurement and procurement costs,as well as procurement management theory and supply chain management theory.The third part and the fourth part are important pasts of the paper.The third part is based on China's A power generation enterprise as an example,describes the A enterprise procurement classification and purchasing cost control status,and analysis of the problems.The fourth part deal with the A power generation enterprise procurement cost control problems,and then put forward countermeasures.Such as the development of a reasonable procurement model,the establishment of supplier evaluation system and improve inventory management.The fifth part is based on the analysis of A power generation enterprise,stand in the industry point of view,for the entire power industry to inspire.
