With the world economy evolving,recycling of environmental resources and concept of harmony between man and nature also gradually into the public view,more and more countries are slowly realizing its importance.In order to gain more benefit,modern enterprises create a lot of pollution at all,leading to resource depletion,the destruction of the living environment.So,to enhance environmental protection,to maintain ecological balance,to achieve sustainable development of human society,has become the consensus of the international community.Whether a government meeting or public media,all are concerned about sustainable development.Manufacturing destroies the ecological resources,causing environmental pollution,which is the truth of tpeople's formed awareness.Those companies should be responsible to the natural resources consumped and the pollution which they had done.If you want to fundamentally deal with such problems,you should complete the construction of laws and regulations,continue to strengthen and enhance the technology,and strengthen its management,which is the most important.To strengthen environmental management,then we must increase enthusiasm of related companies to participate in environmental protection activities,which is the way to cure it completely.This article mainly uses the standard research method,also with the case analysis method,to show the point of view.in more visualizing and systematic way.Using the environmental cost management present situation of Hebei Iron and Steel Group as an example.,the paper gives some suggestions of recycling use of resource on the basis of this company,which can also be really applied to the actual operation process.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance,the domestic and international literature review,process and mode of thinking of research,and edit the overall framework of this article,and then cited access to books from the relevant theoretical knowledge,the provisions of the scope of this paper,and puts forward the meaning of environmental costs and the corresponding classification methods.Secondly,introduce the concept and characteristics of environmental cost management.Thirdly,according to the existing situation of enterprises,give an objective description of the present situation of environmental cost management of Hebei Iron and Steel Group,mainly includes the background and goal of Hebei Iron and Steel Group,environmental cost beforehand,in the matter and after the control,environmental cost accounting,environmental cost performance index,and analysis of the problems and causes in the foundation of present situation of environmental cost management.Fourthly,list the problems of Hebei Iron and Steel Group in terms of cost management on the environment,roughly covering the content of four aspects:lack of consciousness management of environmental cost,lack of relevance of cost information,collection and distribution of environmental cost and simple fuzzy,less growth index of performance evaluation.For each question,we give more comprehensive analysis,to find out the causes of problems.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the environmental cost management of Hebei iron and steel.The increased awareness of environmental cost management,sound environmental cost control system,improve the environmental cost accounting system and establish effective corporate environmental performance evaluation index system are the four aspects of the countermeasures of improving the environmental cost management of Hebei iron and steel.Overall,the current research on environmental cost management of the iron and steel industry is still in the initial stage,lack of systematicness.In China,there are many academic books and papers in related,but there is little research on the enterprise environment cost accounting and control,let alone the environmental cost of enterprise operation and management at the micro level,from product design to final waste recycling re-use of the point of view of the whole process,in terms of environmental cost management of enterprises.Therefore,the research of this paper is of importance.This paper mainly study problems of environmental cost management of Hebei Iron and steel enterprise and gives the countermeasures to perfect the system,Hope that the study will play a positive effect theoretically and practically,so that more people will update the concept of cost management,form new habits of environmental protection and strive to achieve both environmental benefits and economic benefits.
