Study On Environmental Responsibility Cost Control Of Coldrolling Workshop In Lr Iron And Steel Company Of Hebei Province

The national haze situation is more and more serious,environmental protection is becoming the topic that more and more people will talk about it in recent years,.“Never take the road of governance after the first pollution ”has become a prerequisite for the modern enterprise management.Hebei province LR iron and steel enterprises to comply with the requirements of the times and gradually strengthened the investment in environmental protection,such as the purchase of environmental protection equipments,the timely treatment of waste gas,waste water and waste residue,and the recycling of energy.However,this investment will undoubtedly increases the burden of the cold rolling mill and reduces the economic benefits,brings adverse consequences to the cold-reducing department keeping a low profit level.In the country to implement the elimination of backward production capacity,sluggish steel enterprise policy background,taking into account the increasing environmental responsibility cost,cold rolling mill cold rolling workshop in Hebei province LR iron and steel enterprises are facing tough economic situation.After the evaluation,the general physical and chemical costs and labor cost control level of cold rolling workshop in Hebei LR iron and steel enterprise is higher.With the continuous increase of the cost of environmental responsibility,the environmental responsibility cost control has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the environmental responsibility cost control to achieve the maximum economic benefits,gain competitive advantage and sustainable development in the cold rolling workshop of LR iron and steel company in Hebei province.This paper firstly introduces environmental responsibility cost and environmental responsibility cost control theory,analysis the current situation of cold rolling factory environmental responsibility cost control of LR iron and steel enterprises in Hebei Province and find out the environmental responsibility cost control problems in the work,lacking a suitable environment for their own responsibility cost control system;secondly,combining the characteristics of cost management mode and the characteristics of the environment responsibility cost control of the cold rolling factory,establishes a environmental responsibility cost control system;Then the environmental responsibility cost control system is evaluated by using fuzzy AHP to assessits level of the environmental responsibility cost control.Finally,starting from the weak link of environmental responsibility cost control from evaluation results puts forward some strategies to improve the level of environmental responsibility cost control in order to improve the environmental responsibility cost to realize the double harvest of economic benefits and environmental benefits.
