A telephone can contact with everyone, a computer can throughout the world. This shows that the information infrastructure plays an important role in our daily life. Now, we has stepped into the age of information, the construction of information infrastructure has woven a invisible network. At the same time, it provides China's economic development to a new path, the application of "big data", to fully embody the development of information technology and Internet, can deeply mining business potential and help enterprises to reduce operating costs and improve the earnings yield; The emergence of "Internet +" is the depth of the integration of virtual and reality, boost the further development of traditional industry. The area gap is very obvious in our country, economic development level is not balanced, thus forms a pattern of " Powerful Combination" and "Weak Agglomeration",namely the eastern developed provinces adjacent developed provinces, the less developed western provinces adjacent province is relatively backward, and became the east, west central distribution pattern of buffer zones. This phenomenon is related to regional economic development of the correlation degree, to study China's economic growth is a problem which isn't allow to ignore.Intuitively, we can feel the information infrastructure to bring the positive role of economic growth, and this kind of influence whether concrete existence, at the same time, economic growth if there is a spatial spillover effect and the size of the intensity of this effect, need to be done from the perspective of empirical validation. Based on this, we will discuss the information infrastructure, spatial spillover effect of economic growth to our country. In this paper, the problem of train of thought is:(1) Based on the literature summary, teasing out the related research conclusion.(2) By the endogenous economic growth theory, the core- edge theory, the local market effect theory and the cyclic accumulative causal effect theory to build information infrastructure spatial spillover effect to our country economic growth theory.(3) From the current situation of the development of information infrastructure and economic growth, intuitive analysis of the relevance of information infrastructure and economic growth, and by using the spatial exploratory data analysis technology of spatial dependence ofeconomic growth, the inspection of the provinces in our country economic growth is obvious spatial correlation.(4) On the empirical analysis, in order to verify the into the rationality of the space effect, we are given based on the results of spatial econometric model to estimate, also lists the traditional OLS regression estimation results, in addition, in the process of model is estimated using the two methods of estimation and economic openness indicator of two kinds of caliber. Results show that the traditional econometric model to estimate the result is no longer valid, spatial econometric model better estimate the spatial spillover effect of economic growth in China, suggests that the reality of the spillover effect of economic growth, at the same time information infrastructure has significant promoting effect on economic growth. Two methods and two kinds of caliber index that there was no significant difference of estimated results are alternately, to verify the information infrastructure impact on economic growth and spillover effect of economic growth estimate results of robustness.(5) Based on the above generalizations, the analysis, we can in this paper, the basic conclusion is given the corresponding policy recommendations.
