Transfer Payment Empirical Study Of Urban Residents' Income Gap Pairs

Since the reform and opening up, China has made rapid economic development,people's quality of life appropriate to obtain greatly improved. However, with the development of our economy and society, a series of social problems have also appeared, live folk constantly expanding income gap is one of the major issues.Resident's income gap is too large, will not only exacerbate social contradictions between the members of society, undermine the coordination stable social environment, but will also affect the enthusiasm of the residents work, leading to social and economic efficiency of the entire land. Transfer payment system is currently widely used implementation of the national tax system, to sort out the relationship between the central government and local governments to implement the objectives of income distribution, macroeconomic regulation and control as well as the main tool to promote harmony between the regional economic development.Transfer expenditure of government is an important part of the source of income of urban residents in our country, therefore, to explore the transfer payment has important practical significance of the role of the income gap between urban residents in.Standard paper analyzes the income gap between urban residents in the Gini coefficient is used as well as the family of urban residents per capita disposable income. First, the article also comparative analysis of the income gap between urban residents in the four regions of China(eastern, central, western and northeastern regions), the status of all sectors of the income gap between the urban and the various sectors of the income gap between urban residents. Through the data and descriptive analysis, we draw: over the years, whether it is regional or country as a whole, the income gap between China's urban residents is still quite large. Secondly, this article from the main source of income of Chinese urban angle, using empirical analysis methods on the panel constituting the source of income of China's urban income gap between urban residents of municipalities, and regions were analyzed to analyze the transfer payment on the income gap between urban residents. Observation of the remaining provinces and transfer payments to the rest of the income of urban residents in these areas to adjust the effect, we can also find the impact effect is still relatively small.This means that China's current transfer payment policies did not narrow the income gap between China's urban residents results.In this paper, a total of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,describes the background, significance and scholars of the topics of the status of the topics studied. The second chapter describes the theory of transfer payments. The third chapter analyzes the mechanism of transfer payments to adjust the income gap.Chapter IV, over the years to the Gini coefficient of urban residents and urban residents per capita disposable income of start point, and all sectors of the income gap of four regions(eastern, central, western and northeastern regions) of urban residents of urban residents the difference between income and current situation of urban residents in the income gap between the country to a certain degree of descriptive analysis.
