Study On The Development Problem And Strategy Of Rural Tourism In Qinhuangdao City

With the development of modern industry and tourism,rural tourism has become one of the main ways for people entertainment to return to nature,relax,feel natural,and experience rural life.China has abundant of rural tourism resource.Develop rural tourism industry not only expand the space of the tourism capacity,but also led the agricultural structure adjustment and promote farmers' income,economic and social development in rural areas.Qinhuangdao is one of the first tourist cities in China and the first batch of 14 opening cities coastal.October 22,2009,The Tenth Sixth Plenary of Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee adopted a project which was the implementation of the strategic city of tourism legislation and accelerates the development of tourism industry by CPC Municipal Committee Qinhuangdao,Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Government determination.Which marks Qinhuangdao will travel up the city development strategy at first implementation in Hebei Province.Qinhuangdao will make full use of its own tourism resource to find a way that the modern service industry to support modern industrial system,special in development to tourism city,leisure city and the development of eco-city.Meanwhile,it also provides a good guarantee policy for the development of rural tourism in Qinhuangdao.This article based on a literature review and employed the methods of theoretical analysis,analysis of government statistics,surveys and field research to find the factors about the constraints of its efficient development and measures against problem through the study of rural tourism development status,characteristics and spatial distribution of Qinhuangdao tourism source.
