In recent years,our country's tourism industry has developed rapidly,The quality of tourism service has received too much concern and attention from all aspects.Under the strategic guidance of speed up the realization of "tourism country" to "the great tourism power",tourism needs the command and support of "top-level design",especially the concept to lead.Besides the service quality of tourism in our country still exist many problems at present,visitors complaints stubbornly high.Gradually improve the quality of tourism services,therefore,to build a high level of tourism service attraction quality is insurmountable precondition to the development of contemporary tourism.Attractive quality theory was first put forward by Japanese quality management master Noriaki Kano,In the process of the later decades it was constantly researched and perfected by scholars both at home and abroad,in practice it has also been widely used in various industries,And become the highest level of quality to pursue in service enterprises.However how to more effectively achieve the charm in the travel industry service quality,its concept and contents in practice is still in the stage of theoretical exploration at present,such as how to define " tourism charm service quality" concept,specific include which dimensionality,what is the relationship between various dimensions and so on,still need us to the research and exploration.Based on " Classic grounded theory" as the research method,Fully respect it most valuable spirit,which is different from other grounded theory,“Do not conceive the problems?dimensionality and assumption to force dating and forming the theory,But let the social law appeared completely and naturally from the date.With in-depth interviews as the core data source,the literature data,network as a supplement,Combined human with computer to open coding,selective coding,coding theory,innovative using accessory material to reverse inspection,thus,formed dimension relationship model and mechanism model which is based on the main line of the charm of tourism service quality,formed by core dimension of "preparation-core attractions-tourism experience-travel-after evaluation".And then explain the concept as : It is a kid of attractions which provide by the core of tourism,and it is always throughout the tourism activities,is through the tourist experience,which let them feel pleasure or touched their soul and then have a positive influence for a long time,to appear its inherent characteristics.Let the child dimension of core dimension as index,targeted put forward the relevant Suggestions to China's tourism enterprises to improve their tourism service quality.
