The Research On The Virtual Enterprise Supply Chain Structure Evolution Based On The Classical Grounded Theory

The organizational form of virtual enterprises was theoretically put forward at the end of the last century,but in reality,the application of virtual enterprises has a long history.With the development of science and technology,virtual enterprises have become an increasingly widely used form of organization and are widely found in many industries.It should be noted that,unlike the traditional "integration of production,supply and marketing" entity enterprises,the virtual enterprise provides services to the market based on the supply chain in which it is located.Specifically,a stable virtual enterprise supply chain channel provides the conditions for virtual enterprise and market transactions.It is important to ensure that the effective control of the supply chain channel is of great importance to the stable development of the virtual enterprise.In order to ensure the effective control of the virtual enterprise supply chain,the alliance owners have made extensive attempts in the operating system,supply chain structure,etc.,but often have little success.The reason is that the alliance chiefs often notice when the supply chain of the virtual enterprise is out of control.In reality,there is no way to monitor the change of the control power of the virtual enterprise's supply chain in real time.Some studies have shown that the control power of the virtual enterprise supply chain consists of five indicators,such as the virtual enterprise supply chain channel control force and the virtual enterprise supply chain time control force.Constructing an effective virtual enterprise enterprises' supply chain channel control power measurement model provides the basis for the subsequent development of virtual enterprise theory and the practical application of the enterprise.Regardless of the needs of the business community or the advancement of relevant theories,it is of great significance to build an effective virtual enterprise enterprises' supply chain channel control measurement model.Based on the information above,this study adopts the research paradigm of the classical grounded theory and four core categories such as ‘profit attraction' and ‘management power control' based on opening coding and selective coding.Based on the links between the core categories and the control power of the virtual enterprise supply chain,this study identified the influencing factors that influence the control of the virtual enterprise supply chain channels.Based on the idea of text space vector,the ITF-IDF model was used to measure the weight of the model.Finally,a measure model for the control power of the virtual enterprise supply chain was constructed.The application of the objective data collection and measurement model provides a basis for the measurement of the control power of the virtual enterprise supply chain.The reliability of the measurement model is further verified by the ordinal information given by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).
