The development of Small and micro businesses is the focus of global economic development in recent years,its impact on the economy has occupied a very important position in the developed countries and developing countries.There are many factors affecting the development of Small and micro businesses,the prices of raw materials increased gradually,gradually increase the higher labor costs so that the majority of Small and micro businesses overwhelmed,but restricting its rapid development the main reason,lasting profitability or due to their own lack of good credit system.With the increasing level of consumption,tourism has gradually become a way of life for people entertainment.Tourism consumption accounted for the proportion of the total consumption of people is gradually increasing.The current small and micro tourism enterprises in China's tourism market is the main active.They have also contributed to the establishment and operation of China's large-scale tourism activities and the development of modern tourism.The integrity of the concept of small and micro tourism enterprises is a legal,ethical,economic and other aspects of the abstract problem,in addition,consumers,government and other stakeholders are involved.The logical starting point to solve the problem above fundamentally is the core concept of tourism enterprise integrity;secondly,honesty is a tourism enterprise a multi-dimensional concept,structure dimensions directly reflect its internal characteristics,also influence the tourism enterprises to achieve the path and way of integrity.The concept of integrity should be performed carefully in the party,the asymmetric information of the parties need to know the real situation,and for the parties to give advice and suggestions,are chosen by the parties.The condition of asymmetric information,to prevent the occurrence of fraud;parties to fully consider the premise of the interests of the other party in the pursuit of their own interests and,considering how to do to maximize the interests of the parties.Honesty is the highest form of good faith.The relationship between the tourism enterprises to small and micro credit and lasting profitability as a case study,through the combination of theory and case study,to establish a suitable model,research and analysis of the relationship between China's small and micro enterprise credit and sustainable profit tourism development,the relationship between the integrity dimension and preliminary inquiry of small and micro tourism enterprises lasting profit.This study adopts qualitative research theory of small micro enterprise credit and tourism relationship lasting profitability has been studied,enrich the relationship between small and micro tourism enterprises integrity dimensions and profitability,to consolidate the theoretical foundation of small micro enterprise credit management in the field of tourism,defines the concept and model of small micro enterprise credit of tourism the dimension of this research.From the perspective of stakeholders on small and micro dimensions of corporate integrity and lasting profit tourism are also explored,both from theory and practice of exploration The relationship between small and micro tourism enterprises integrity dimensions and profit,constructs a theoretical model and simple mechanism of tourism enterprises to achieve the integrity,and the relationship between the three dimensions in the conceptual model of integrity and lasting profitability are discussed,that small and micro enterprises integrity of different dimensions of tourism,to achieve lasting profit will be based on the difference;the correlation analysis,constructs the integrity dimension and tourist enterprise implementation mechanism model between perceived value,satisfaction and behavior intention and enterprise sustainable profitability.The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the tools of the purpose and methods of writing this article,and from the angle of the relationship between the integrity of the small and micro tourism enterprises provides an overview of the research status at home and abroad;the second chapter mainly from the development of small and micro enterprises from the strategic perspective of tourism,introduces the basic theory and rules for the implementation of Small and micro businesses choice;in the third chapter focuses on the grounded theory inquiry integrity dimensions of small micro enterprise development based on the data analysis;the fourth chapter is the further explanation and analysis of the model;the fifth chapter is the conclusion,this paper summarized and put forward reasonable suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are:(a)defined the integrity of the concept of tourism enterprises,the model can be established.The stakeholders as the starting point,which is conducive to clear and classification of tourism enterprises six important stakeholders.Then based on the introduction of tourism enterprise integrity,the integrity of the conceptual model of tourism enterprises to build.(two)put forward the structure dimensions of tourism enterprise integrity.This research method to extract the core category is "integrity concept and dimensions of tourism enterprises,will be classified as emotional honesty,integrity and ability of trustworthiness,integrity of the structure dimension of tourism enterprises by three.Among them,the basic dimensions of trustworthiness,guarantee the dimension of capacity integrity,enhance the dimension of emotional integrity,the three dimensions of the relationship between the progressive layers.(three)constructed the model of tourism enterprises.To explore the mechanism of integrity in the conceptual model,six types of stakeholders The relationship between the three dimensions and the integrity,that tourism enterprises for different stakeholders,the specific way to achieve the integrity of the difference,but its intrinsic mechanism follows the correlation mechanism also,namely "motivation cognitive behavioral results",and based on the correlation analysis,tourism enterprises credibility mechanism model to build.Although this study constructs a theoretical model between small and micro tourism business integrity and sustainable profitability,and analyzes the small and micro enterprise credit dimensions tourism enterprises will lead to lack of lasting profitability,but the depth of analysis,the study sample size is still small,the conceptual model of reliability and validity still needs to pass the sample test,and in the future continue to do a series of measurement tables for each factor in the model,the relationship between the test variables of interest relationship,and multiple dimensions of integrity of enterprise sustainable profitability;how stakeholders influence small micro enterprise credit tourism dimension,whether or not and the relationship between the two will affect the lasting profitability of enterprises is also the problem to be solved.
