With the rapid development of financial market globalization, the domestic commercial banks are fully under pressure from foreign banks with rich capital and advanced management concepts. Because of long-term in the external market competition environment, the traditional profit-oriented development goals can only meet the purpose of commercial banks for profit, but can not guarantee commercial banks continue to create value. Value creation theory that the operating profit of the enterprise after deducting all the cost of capital surplus is the real value created by the enterprise, only the value creation ability of stronger enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position. Therefore, commercial banks must transform their business objectives from profit increase to value increase. Economic value added(EVA), as an index that can effectively evaluate the value creation ability of enterprises, is attracting more and more attention. As the earliest domestic commercial bank to introduce EVA to measure its value creation capability, CCB has achieved good results at the beginning of 2002, which has brought huge economic benefits to CCB.Based on EVA and value creation theory, this paper analyzes the CCB's value creation ability from 2011 to 2015. The results show that CCB's value creation capacity has been rising since 2011 and 2012, but it has been declining for three consecutive years since 2013. At the same time, comparing the value creation ability of CCB and other state-owned commercial banks, CCB's leading position in value creation has been replaced by ICBC. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of CCB's value creation ability, CCB can not simply analyze the value creation capability of CCB, but the value creation capability of CCB is different. Ignoring the specific circumstances of its regional divisions. Therefore, this paper calculates the value creation capability of CCB's regional branches from 2011 to 2015, and finds out that among the regional branches of CCB, only the Bohai Rim region has good value creation capability, and other regions are And the decline of value creation capacity in Yangtze River Delta and Northeast China is the biggest. This situation has seriously affected the overall level of value creation ability of CCB. In order to find out the main factors that affect the value creation ability of CCB, this paper takes the regional segment as the research perspective, analyzes the external and internal factors of CBBC respectively, and obtains the macroeconomics environment, Differences in income structure, quality of loans, capital costs and business philosophy. In the end, the paper puts forward specific ways to enhance the value creation ability of CCB, in order to provide theoretical guidance and support for CCB's stability and sustainable development, and also provide reference for other commercial banks to enhance their value creation ability.
