Regional Diversion, Agglomeration And Development Of The North-west Five Provinces

Starting from the basic theories about the regional diversion, this paper analyzes the decisive factor of dividing of our country and the north-west five provinces. Then it investigates how these factors changed in the history, along this clue, we study the regional diversion pattern of our country and the five provinces at present, the relatively comparative superiority is the basis of the inter-regional diversion, but, With the promotion of the industrialized process of our country, the importance of the decisive factor has changed, but the pattern of the vertical diversion formed in the early days of industrialization has been strengthened under the protection of the system. And it has been the obstacle of shortening the gap between the west and the east. It led a series of contradiction of regional structure of national economy, so the pattern of the vertical inter-regional diversion must be transformed to horizontal inter-regional diversion to realize the harmonious development of national economy, for one thing, it need to turn the industry structure of the less developed region from lower-level to higher-level, for another , it need to reduce the agglomeration and the deviant isomorphism under the macro-control.
