Information technology is a double-edged sword, the application of information technology is good or bad, directly affect the enterprise's operation efficiency. IT risk is associated with the risk of information technology application to produce, because of its sudden and affect the universality, in banking and financial industry are highly attention. This paper aims at how to the status of the manufacturing enterprise information technology application to conduct a comprehensive understanding, analysis of possible failures information technology, the manufacturing enterprise IT risk problem, and research the countermeasures.This paper combed the IT risk at home and abroad on the basis of relevant theories,through the research of manufacturing enterprise information technology application situation, analyzed the manufacturing enterprise IT risk's sources, types, characteristics and related problems. Introducing the idea of governance on the basis of the risk management theory, trying to build an manufacturing industry IT risk management framework, it include five parts, internal environment construction risk management, risk management target system, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring. Thispaper based on the analysis of manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of risk factors,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative method for manufacturing enterprise IT risk is evaluated. For the construction of the IT risk management framework provides the concrete implementation steps, and combined with case verify its scientific nature.
