Research On Operating Risk Problem Of NW Corporation

Operating risk grow out of every developmental stage in enterprises.It widely exists in investment,financing,working capital and yield management activities.The profitability of an enterprise is often in connection with its risk prevention capacity.The effective measures to avoid and control risk leading to higher profitability.As a typical special equipment manufacturing enterprise,enterprise NW always in the forefront of high-tech development with the rapid development of the modern industry especially the electronic industry.Therefore,It is important immediate significance for sustainable development of enterprise NW that how to properly identify,evaluate operating risk and timely process dominant and recessive risk of production and management process.On the basis of risk management theory,this article expounded the concept,characteristics and classification of risk,procedures of risk administration,analysis evaluation method of risk,and specific strategy of enterprise operating risk management.On this basis,this article described the current business situation of the enterprise NW,identified operating risk of the enterprise NW,analyzed reasons of the key risk,targeted counter measures and constructed operating risk early warning mechanism.Meanwhile,this article put safeguard measures of operating risk management from the risk management framework construction,the internal control system and operating mechanism of the risk supervisionAdopting case analysis method,my article indicated the imperative to improve the level of operating risk management through the analysis of business status and present status of operating risk management in enterprise NW,in order to improve and reduce the NW operating risk prevention capacity.The other aim for this article is to give some suggestions and help for other special equipment manufacturing enterprises to implement operating risk management.
