Compared with the traditional fossil fuel power generation, hydropower and nuclear power, wind power and photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of volatility, uncertainty and different to regulate peaking operation, and access to the grid in need conventional power to provide peak shaving and reserve ancillary service. With the rapid development of renewable energy, wind power and photovoltaic power grid capacity is increasing day by day, the demand of conventional power ancillary services will is also more and more larger, conventional power can provide enough ancillary service determines the future development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation. However, the ability to improve the power system auxiliary services requires a large investment, relying solely on the power system to bear the cost of ancillary services caused by wind power and photovoltaic power generation is not fair. Therefore, it is necessary to large-scale wind power and photovoltaic power generation incorporated into the power grid peak shaving and Reserve Ancillary service cost quantitative analysis, and further study the sharing mechanism of auxiliary service costs, incentive power system for wind power and photovoltaic power generation access to provide ancillary services, to guide the orderly development of China's wind power and photovoltaic power generation.In this paper, we first introduce the wind power and photovoltaic power generation output characteristics, the cause of peak shaving and reserve ancillary service in the wind power and photovoltaic power generation is analyzed. By probability method simulation planning in load time series curve and net load time curves quantitative analysis of wind power and photovoltaic power generation access system reversed the effects of peak capacity, the same reliability method for quantifying analysis of wind power and photovoltaic power generation access system need to increase the reserve capacity, and further analysis of auxiliary service costs. Then, it introduces the our country current auxiliary service management mechanism, and put forward the mixed mode of ancillary service cost sharing mechanism according to the existing two ancillary service cost sharing mechanism, compared the three modes of pros and cons. Based on the above three models, the model of the level cost of renewable energy is established, which considers the cost of ancillary services, and makes a new calculation of the cost of wind power and photovoltaic power generation. Finally, a brief introduction of the through power demand side response effectively reduce demand on peak shaving and reserve ancillary service in large-scale wind power and photovoltaic grid connected power generation.Indicated by the Guizhou Power Grid actual example, this also consider wind power and photovoltaic power generation peaking and reserve ancillary service quantitative model, considering the wind and photovoltaic power station output smoothing effect and wind power output photovoltaic output and correlation between load, can well simulate the actual situation of the power system. And considering the cost of ancillary services, the level cost of electricity will be more accurate reflection of the actual cost of renewable energy, for the wind power and photovoltaic power grid benchmark price adjustment to provide an effective reference.
