Biomass energy has been widely concerned by the world for its characteristics such as clean, environmental protection, availability and so on. But at present China’s biomass power generation enterprises have high operating costs, whose revenue are highly influenced by national policies. And due to the characteristics of biomass feedstock, such as seasonal, low density, low energy density, easily rotten deterioration, and so on, the biomass feedstock has high storage and transportation costs, meanwhile the low management efficiency. Therefore, there will have a great significance on profit of biomass enterprise and the development of China’s biomass energy to search how to reduce the logistic costs of biomass feedstock and efficiently improve the management efficiency.This thesis in-depth analyzes the operational status of biomass feedstock warehousing and dispatching in Songzi Power Plant of Xinneng Company. Setting about two problems, high management cost and low management efficiency, the thesis considers the supply and cost reduction as the main research ideas. Through managing transport vehicles uniformly, which scattered in various collection station previously, and combining with the characteristics of the biomass feedstock, making feedstock reserve plan, constructing integrated optimization model of warehousing and dispatching and decide the number of required minimal transportation vehicle. On the basis, setting minimizing the transportation distance and maximizing transport quality as the objective function to study optimal feedstock scheduling scheme in the harvest period and non-harvest period. Then it will obtain the actual vehicle route scheduling, and provide advice to the decision makers. At the same time, building integrated optimization decision support system of warehousing and dispatching for biomass feedstock, using information technology and through the three modules, human-computer interaction module, plan module and decision model module, implementing information sharing and intelligent decision support of biomass feedstock warehousing and dispatching. This can help Songzi Power Plant of Xinneng Company to achieve logistics process optimization, and improve the overall management efficiency and profit.
