Biomass power generation is playing an increasingly important role as a renewable energy power generation. However, biomass feedstock supply security is becoming business problem in biomass power generation with the the wide expansion of scale. On the one hand, there exists competition between feedstock due to excessive biomass power plants which operate independently. On the other hand, feedstock maybe occur in fuel shortage which brings high levels of operational risk to the enterprise due to the multidimensional uncertainty of biomass feedstock supply. Therefore, how to effectively implement biomass feedstock supply security needs to conduct in-depth research.The thesis analyzes the biomass feedstock supply situation of Xinneng Company and finds its main problems. Then the thesis proposes collaborative supply mechanisms of feedstock for biomass power generation of Xinneng Company to solve their problems. The collaborative supply mechanisms of feedstock use “feedstock-sharing” and design new biomass feedstock supply process of the company through “organization, strnetwork, systems, and methods” four aspects of collaborative tools based on management collaboration. Xinneng Company connects the purchasing stations and biomass power plants through the Supply-base and achieves feedstock-sharing among different biomass power plants and builds a whole and undivided network of biomass feedstock supply. Also the thesis establishes a biomass feedstock optimization model of collaborative supply for Xinneng Company to decide the locations of Supply-base and feedstock distribution. Finally, the thesis uses the actual operational data of Xinneng Company to solve the model and reaches the biomass feedstock supply plan. Research reveals that collaborative supply mechanisms of feedstock for biomass power generation can effectively solve their current problems of Xinneng Company. Though, there exists an increasing investment costs for Supply-base in the short term, it can effectively manage high risk.
