With the development of electronic commerce, a large number of third-party payment platform such as Alipay and WeChat Payment has been developed rapidly.Through frequent activities third-party payment platform had an influence on the financial system. However, with the third-party payment platform business continues to change, study on the current third-party payment platform acceptable level concerned is few. So this paper aims to explore consumer acceptability of third-party payment platform, and then analyze the impact payment platform to the financial system.This paper introduces the basic situation of third-party payment platform, and some current promotional activities.Then the paper investigate the factors about the use of third-party payment platform through questionnaires.The questionnaire use wenjuanxing,WeChat,QQ and so on to survey.There are 700 questionnaires and 680 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 97.14%.The study use SPSS19.0 to analysis the survey data. The study suggests that the representative of the third party payment platform has a high market acceptance degree, and it showed great vitality and permeability, which is bound to the financial system had a certain extent. Accordingly, this paper put forward some suggestions about third-party payment platform and the financial system. Finally, this paper points out the existing problems and hope to have certain significance the follow-up study.
