In the context of booming global Overseas Farmland Investment, the behavior of China's participation in the global Overseas Farmland Investment is growing rapidly which is driven by the risk of grain market stability and domestic food supply. The risk of grain market stability is caused by the inborn bottleneck of agricultural production including the poor condition of agricultural production in some areas, the great pressure of agricultural production in the advantage areas and the reality of small Per capita arable land area. Then, by making full use of the existing Outward Foreign Direct Investment Location Choice theory basis, the article constructed the theoretical hypothesis of the influencing factors of the Location Choice of China's Overseas Farmland Investment which is to provide theoretical support for the setting of variable system in the following empirical study. After that, in the full use of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the relevant results, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The article uses the standard research and the empirical research method to carry on the research. It is divided into 5 parts. In the introduction part, the article mainly discusses the research background and the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research rationale, the research mentality and the method, the research content and the innovation. The content of the second part is the theoretical hypothesis of the location choice of China's Overseas Farmland Investment. That is, the theoretical hypothesis of the determinants of China's Overseas Farmland Investment Location Choice.
