China’s GDP exceeding RMB 60 trillion in 2014. Foreign trade amount accounted for USD 4.3 trillion with a 2.3% up compare with 2013. Exporting business is roughly USD 2.34 trillion accounted for about 22.63% of the GDP of the year. As one of the three most important engines of China’s Economy,Exports plays a key role in the high speed growth for Economy as usual.On the one hand, Exports still play the important role of the economy. But on the other hand, many exporting enterprise is facing with severe challenges. To the end of November 2015, China’s total foreign trade was USD 2.05 triilion and falls 3% compare with 2014. In the future, the exporting business will face a series of challenges including weakening external demand, weakened traditional competitiveness etc. At the same time, China has held the top spot of goods trading worldwide for two years and share of global trading already at a high level, so China’s exports will likely continue to slow growth. More and more export enterprises especially small and medium size one will feel pressure on the market. As China’s economy has stepped into “New Normal”, the foreign trade also has stepped into “New Normal”. All the business entity in the industry are considering how to upgrade traditional markeing model, how to change from passivity into initiative. The international exhibition as one of the most important method of marketing is receiving more attention. In 2012, 108 exhibition companies participated in 1536 exhibition projects in 64 countries. Exhibition area is more than 700,000 square meters. About 50 thousands enterprises go to abroad to participate in the exhibition. Meanwhile, this number was increased steadily. Company is looking for change, company go further and further and they become more and more internationalized. Those also means domestic service prvided by exhibition companies become cannot satisfy the deep need increasingly. At the scene of the trade show, we can found the large company display in full of variety and efficient. The small and medium-sized is stiff and changeless on the contrary with less effect.So G company is planning to luanch the international exhibition service platform project based on the company’s consulting experience and resources.The platform is aim to make more convenient for overseas exhibiton and help the small and medium-sized business improve competitive. The business plan introduced the product and service, operation mode and profit model. Beside that this plan also done analysis for the G company’s advantage and weakness, opportunities and threats of the industry. Based on the customer and competitor analysis, confirmed the strategy of focus-differentiation shall be taken into this business. Detailed operation plan and market plan also were included.At the end of the plan is five-years financial forecasting which demonstrates that the project is a profit one and worth to invest.
