Research On Product Quality Improvement Of M Shoe-making Enterprises Based On Six Sigma Theory

Company M is one of the few military footwear companies, they product shoes mainly for the army, power plants and workers, their shoes are military shoes,non-slip shoes and so on. As a result, the pursuit of quality is high. In order to improve product competitiveness, the company decided to introduce the international advanced management method---6?,which has received good results.This thesis gives an application example using Six Sigma to improve The quality of the products in Company M.The product of company M,we call it “A”,is the representative product of M.We can know the biggest problem of the products is Glue from the customer.By introducing Six Sigma management tools and techniques, we found out the main causes by using DMAIC(Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve,Control).We find the aspect which the customer really care,then focus on the goal to improve.Then using the tools such as SIPOC, Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram to analyze and improve the process.We made parameter optimization by orthogonal experiment design for the significant impact factor in the end,and made it in control by some effective control measures.Finally,we reduced the defect rate,and promote the Cpk.
