Research On Food Safety Administration In Foshan

Due to the frequent incidents of food safety, coupled with the rapid dissemination of new media, food safety problems have become an object of public concern in recent years, which have greatly affected the development and the international image of China food industry. Generating popular anxiety and panic, it is often called "poison-" for the food with poor quality, seriously endangering the social stability and harmony. In this situation, it is basically safe with consumption of food in Foshan with increasing financial input, continuously model construction and no major food safety accidents, cited by superior governments and authorities. When Foshan is building the city of safe food, to research food safety regulatory issues of Foshan is more helpful for the building work, exploring how food safety administration meeting requirements of international practice, catching the needs of the food industry and the public, and how goes on following "the four most", the most strict standards, the most strict regulation, the most severe punishment, the most serious accountability, implemented by President Xi Jinping.This paper is consisted of six parts. The first chapter mainly describes the research background and significance, literature review, research content and methods, as well as innovation and deficiencies. The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theoretical basis. From Chapter 3 to Chapter 6, based on the changes and present situation of food safety administration in Foshan, using literature review research method and experience research method, this paper analyzes the problems and reveals the reasons of interest-driven of the interest relevant subjects, the lagging supervision means and frequent institutional reform. Based on the lacal situation, his paper finally comes up with some pertinent and practical suggestions to improve food safety administration in Foshan, promoting the local legislation, establishing a stable and professional supervision team, establishing risk management system, promoting self-discipline of enterprises, and improving the participation of social forces.
