Based on this, mainly from several aspects to discuss:first, in the part of introduction, the current research situation at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of this article, research ideas and methods and innovations of this paper combed; Second, model construction and evaluation. According to the elements of company credit system:the company's credibility, the credibility of the company will, ability and credibility, mainly from the two dimensions of company credit capacity and corporate credibility behavior constructs the index system of enterprise credibility, based on constructing the evaluation model. Third, the data source and design evaluation. Whether the company credibility index mainly inspects the company has the ability to perform the contract signed with the various interest groups, evaluation data sources include basic quality, the company's financial situation, company organization and management three aspects. Company credit behavior index mainly inspects the company subjective willingness to fulfill company and other economic actors or stakeholders signed various economic contract theory and social contract, including three aspects of company credit business records, social responsibility, and integrity management content. Fourth, compared with the competitors to identify deficiencies. Through the social responsibility, integrity management and corporate social evaluation in comparison with competitors, find the gap.Through the research of BV company credit reached the following conclusions:(1) Based on defining the scope of company credit evaluation and content, through the design of company credit evaluation index system were studied on the BV Company's credibility.
