Credibility is the Vitamin of the Non-profit organization's survival and development. If the Non-profit organization had lost the credibility, then it has also lost the existence necessity. As China's economy further reform of the system, as one of the important type of non-profit organization of trade associations in China was confirmed by the rapid development, therefore the level of the trade associations' credibility is high or low is a certain extent represents the image of China's non-profit organization.However, the level of our associations' credibility is not high but it is fact. The low level causes our country's trade associations' trade management effectiveness not to be able to display fully, has created the phenomenon of"the profession association malfunction", affected our country market economy further consummation and our country Non-profit organization's development. Therefore, to deal with the challenge which the globalization brings , to meet our country Non-profit organization own development needs and public government theory related request, enhancing our country trade associations' credibility already to the urgent situation. Conducting the research to this question to be not only advantageous in improves our country trade associations' credibility condition, regarding sets up the positive sense to the trade associations' correct understanding in our country.Present paper closely regarding the subject of trade association's credibility, first by Giddens's trust theory primarily, using the principal-agent theory as well as the government theory, the attempt establishes a set of standard that can weight trade association credibility. This is also an important innovation spot of present paper. Using this set of standards, and unifies the material which collects through the literature survey procedure and some real diagnosis inspection data, carrying on the weight to our country three type's trade associations' credibility level, making every effort to describe present situation of our country trade associations' credibility objectively. Then, on the credibility of the trade associations in combining state and social relations theory further analysis what lead to the credibility of our association is not high. The government has made trade associations adopted by the national corporatism modes of management is responsible for the leve of credibility is not high. This management arrangement resulted in the independence of our country's trade associations is not enough, the distorted effects, a lack of means and social participation. These malpractices immediate influence our country trade associations' credibility condition. On the other hand, the public does not understand, legal loopholes and the crisis of confidence of the community as a whole and moral crisis, as well as the trade associations may negative external benefit further reduces the credibility of the trade associations. Finally, for the above reasons, and coupled with the experience of the foreign trade association governance, the paper proposed that mainly should from restructuring which, the government mechanism improvement, the public idea reverse as well as social morals these four stratification planes relates with the government improves our country trade association's operation, enhances the public to the profession associations' cognition, thus enhances our country trade associations' credibility.In brief, to enhance our country trade associations' credibility needs the country, the association and society in the full participation and governance. At the same time correct general public awareness, improve the ethical standards of the whole society is also the connotation of researching on the China's trade associations.
