In China, food and beverage industry has become a very important business which is one of the most ancient and energetic style. With the arrival of the mobile Internet era, more and more people and businesses has been flooded by catering industry. It is not only a good opportunity for the catering industry but also a challenge of industry innovation and transformation, as the traditional business mode has to be combined with the mobile Internet, which brings the opportunity for the catering industry.Business Plan of O2M Platform for On-the- Spot-Catering-Service in Company A,Its primary goal is to provide consumers with a new choice, which is to order fine dining online. This option can avoid the drawbacks of traditional choices. Use the Internet so that people can stay at home, without having to queue outside or use of relatively low cost you can enjoy a more healthy fresh ingredients, in addition to privacy, and more high-end private custom catering service. Our principle is to allow consumers to this new restaurant model to give better than other modes of experience, thereby accepting O2M catering mode, the final changes in consumption habits.The author expounds the concept of O2M platform of on the spot catering service, which explains the general idea and vision for the future. And then we can find the core competitiveness of the O2M platform of catering service: 1) have a competitive business model 2) the use of Internet tools community business model 3) integration of resources sharing win-win business model.In the business plan, the author briefly analyses the advantages and the disadvantages of current food and beverage industry using the SWOT method. Strengths: 1) Western chefs have abundant resources 2) a stable high-quality ingredients chain 3) Western culture and etiquette of communication and promotion. Weaknesses: 1) it is difficult to form internal management standardization 2) many chefs, taste is difficult to standardize. Opportunity: 1) Internet + trend emerged, catering industry, new forces to join the Internet to subvert the traditional dining restaurant on board the high-speed express train development; 2) Food Retail Big Data Analysis: Food consumption data analysis precision marketing; Threats: 1) weak supervision of food safety; 2) low technical barriers, vulnerable to vicious competition from the same brand and imitation. The author expounds the concept of O2M platform of on the spot catering service, which explains the general idea and vision for the future. And then we can find the core competitiveness of the O2M platform of catering service: 1) community business mode with Internet tools 2) cross-border business mode 3) win-win business mode.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages, the author analyses the current major competitors using STP method and determines its market positioning and strategic choice, meanwhile, the author uses the SLEPT method to analyses the market survey. The author studied the target customer by understand their demand for products, purchasing preferences, purchasing behavior. Thus, the author determines the market position and target groups- to high-end customers. Marketing plans prepared to support the formulation of marketing 4P strategy by using public media, public praise, internet communication and other means of communication, then combine one way to another to achieve a fast and effective way to enhance the brand image. At the same time, the company uses network marketing channel to establish the value of O2M platform of food and beverage catering service.Finally, the author establishes the operation plan for company A and clear the market positioning and business mode. The author makes the financial plan according to company A's operating costs and revenue estimates based on marketing plans. The author assesses the risk and the exit plan.
