Research For COPQ Management Of SX Company

Under the environment of Chinese economic transformation and RMB exchange value increased, the traditional manufacture industry faced pressure of surviving, especially for OEM industry with export business, and the international buyer have stricter quality demand and the price margin was down, the competition was increasing as well. As a furniture factory, SX Company has the same challenge, so it is important to increase the core competitive power by optimize the management system and it is stable and sustainable method. This research will introduce the concept of COPQ, and give suggestion to SX Company after introduce, analysis and dig out the problem of quality and quality management. The goal is to improve quality management capability and product competition of SX Company by make a progress of COPQ.The thesis will introduce the basic profile and current quality management system of SX Company firstly, and find the quality problem by research quality date from customer system and SX Company itself. At the same time, learn the recent research about quality, quality management, COPQ and some quality tools and MBA knowledge. Base on the research result and experience before, the thesis focus on the painted product of SX company and find the root cause of COPQ by investigating related method and reality.In the process of research, CTQs was used to analyze the constitution of COPQ, divide it with internal cause and external cause, and consider customer satisfaction and customer potential demand as a reason. The thesis used modern management tools to analyze the date, such as fish bone and MSA. And FMEA, SMED were used to improve process pass rate, inspector capability, production efficiency of SX Company, and put customer KPI figure into perform ance appraisal of different departments. Give suggestion to SX Company of optimizing quality management system, focus on preparation and plan in improving actions, and ask for the continual improvement and recycle progress of COPQ.It is found the different management method between domestic factory and international factory after research, So SX company should set the long term goal, focus on long profit of company, consider customer benefit as service method of company, and use the information and date from customer, keep in touch with customer and get feedback in time, so it can make customer keep satisfaction and make enterprise improving continually.
