Research On Improvement Of X Company's Product Quality

In recent years,global economic is continuous weaken.China product's price advantage is losing because of labor and other costs increasing.Besides that,our neighbor countries are growing up and squeezing the market share of 'made in China'.Domestic manufactures are under double pressure inside and outside.Foreign FMCG goods market competition is intense and consumer has higher demands of product quality and price.To secure better quality with lower price at the same time and occupy global market share,how to reduce price and ensure product quality is becoming more and more urgent to all China export manufactures.For manufacture enterprises,quality cost is important in product cost structure.In this article,the writer researched related documents and literatures of quality cost management,used PDCA and other methods to improve product quality in X-company.In production process,through collecting market feedback of quality,refined critical points to quality(CTQ)and tested to find effective solutions.By all the above,It will help to improve customer satisfaction,the quality of enterprise management level and reduce economic loss caused by product quality problems.Many tools been used including data analysis,FMEA,quality control plan,Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram etc..By this,the main causes of poor quality been found systematically and improve measures&standards been founded.In the subsequent monitoring stage,checklist and periodic audit to supervise will be implemented.Conclusion in the ending stage is summary and suggestions.The main significance of this paper is to,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises can learn operation experience and get theoretical support from the product quality improvement project in X-company.By this,it can effectively enhance internal quality management level,improve product quality and reduce costs of poor quality to finally improve manufactures' total quality control level and comprehensive competitiveness.
