Research On The Factors Affecting The Growth Of Enterprises In The Industrial Agglomeration Area Of ??Henan Province

The rapid development of world economy and the fast progress oftechnology contribute to the quickly development of the global economic integration, the feature of regional development is increasing,the enterprise cluster development become an important means to obtain competitivenessadvantages, Industrial cluster district is established and developedunder the background of the tendency of the times.Industrial cluster district asa new mode to promote the economic development of countries and regions, it has low costofthe information, strong innovation ability, high resource utilizationetc. It has a rapid development when appeared,and play an important role in promoting economic development as well as regional competitiveness.The development of industrial cluster district cannot be leavedwith the enterprises in the area,but the growth of the enterprise is a complex process, there are many factors directly or indirectly affects the growth of the enterprise. Therefore, this article has the important theoretical and practical significance to research under the background of industrial cluster district enterprise growth,which based on the general enterprise growth theory.In this paper, we study on the basis of predecessors' research achievements for reference, according to the general characteristics of the enterprises growthin the industrial cluster district.The research objects in this paper are the enterprises in the industrial cluster district of Henan province,to study the factors which affect the development of the enterprises by empirical research?In this paper, the research mainly includes the following aspects: first, according to the relevant research literature in home and abroad,we build a better foundation about the framework and conceptual model of this article;In the second place, this article study on the affect factors in enterprise growth from two aspects,the enterprise itselfand the external industrial cluster district.This article also build a research model and give the research hypothesis; Third, this paper collect datathrough on-the-spot investigation, analysisthe data with SPSS16.0, using regression analysis method to test the hypothesis, and then drawthe conclusions; Fourth, according to the relevant conclusions, this paper giving suggestions on how to promote the development of the enterprises in the industrial cluster district of Henan province.This study confirmed the following contents by the empirical research:the factors that affect the development of industry cluster district includes internal aspect and external aspect,internal factors includes the ability of accessing enterprise resource,the ability of integrating enterprise resource,and the mechanism of selecting and rebuilding enterprise resource;the external factors includes the policy environment of industry cluster district,the willing of cooperation between the enterprises,the establishment of the external network.In these factors,the policy environment of industry cluster district,the ability of accessing enterprise resource, the ability of integrating enterprise resource presents positive correlation to the growth of enterprises.The mechanism of selecting and rebuilding,the establishment of the external network play an mediation role in contributing to the development of enterprises that inside industry cluster district.
