| Along with the advancement of economic globalization and regional economic integration advancement,urban competition and regional competition became more serious since20th century, the traditional singleenterprise competition and individual competition between cities has been replaced by the competitionbetween the urban agglomerations whose competitive advantages are more obvious. Therefore, the level ofurban agglomeration development will determine the future of world political and economic pattern. At present,the developed areas have formed several worldwide influence huge urban agglomerations, and they promotedthe economic development in the areas. Developing countries are also leading into the experience of theseareas to develop their own urban agglomeration. However, the situation of each country and area is different, itcan’t rote. Therefore, the question about the research of urban cluster pattern has caused the attention ofacademia and governments around the world.The research on urban agglomeration has a long history, they explored the definition, classification,mechanism and influence of urban agglomeration, etc. the research about development means of urbanagglomeration is also many, but there were few experts and scholars to analyze urban agglomeration clustermodel stand in the view of the industrial cluster. In view of this, this paper is based on a large number ofdocuments; the research object is the urban agglomeration and industry cluster in Beijing-Langfangmetropolitan area. This paper generalized the definition of the economic zone, the metropolitan area, urbanagglomeration, industrial clusters, and other related concepts, analyzed and compared the domestic and foreigntypical urban agglomeration cluster model and summarized the rules, constructed the mathematical model toevaluate the coupling degree between urban agglomeration and industry cluster and the logic model of urbancluster model based on the industrial clusters, and studied the present situation of the urban agglomeration inBeijing-Langfang metropolitan area, through the mathematical model analyzed that the coupling degreebetween urban agglomeration and industry cluster Beijing-Langfang metropolitan area is low, this impact thecluster development of urban agglomeration, and also hindered the development of regional economy, and thispaper put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper is standing in the point of industrial clusters to analyze the question about urban agglomerationcluster model, and analyzes the inner relationship among the industry cluster, urban agglomeration andregional development, and reached the following conclusion:First, the urban cluster mode based on the industrial clusters is through the conduction mechanism, theexpanding mechanism, the linkage mechanism, the fusion mechanism and the promoting mechanism etc. fiveaspects to realize.Second, the coupling degree between industry clusters and urban agglomeration determines the level ofthe regional economic development, therefore, it should promote the coupling process. |
