According to the statistics, by the end of the 2015,there are 1.37 billion people live in China, and the experts expect that as the second child policy open, China is likely to have a new baby boom, the total population will increase obviously. As population increases, people’s demand of the food is increased, however, due to reasons such as natural environment changes, farmland being commercial, cultivated land area is shrinking in China, how to utilize the limited arable land to produce enough food to meet people’s basic needs is becoming a very important problem in China. The natural environment have a large impact on the output of the agricultural products, especially when deadly pest occurs the farmland will crop failure. The advent of the pesticide help a lot to solve this problem, the health development of the pesticide industry will insure the smooth development of our country. In recent years,domestic pesticide industry is developing rapidly, at the end of the 2015, more than45000 Chinese pesticide enterprises registered in the ministry of commerce and industry. The pesticide enterprises develop so fast that a lot of questions appear, such as too much pesticide company exist, the scale of them is too small, the competition between them is so fierce, the compete is only about the price, most company do not use the marketing knowledge to enlarge their sale. The pesticide market is quite chaos,it is urgently need some regulations or guidelines to putout to guide the pesticide industry, the enterprises should also realize that if they want to win in this competition,they must take the economic and science effect into consideration, hire people who know marketing, choose useful marketing strategy.This paper mainly divided into five parts, the first part is introduction; The second part analyzes the present Chinese pesticide industry and pesticide market profile; The third part is the study of pesticide marketing network of our country’s existing mode, points out that currently there are three marketing network mode, and analyzes the three marketing model, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods; The fourth part introduces the ZS company’s marketing network,analyzes the ZS enterprise management status, the main products, scientific research,marketing, etc. Thinking about the problem of the enterprise in the marketing activities; The fifth part write suggestions of ZS company marketing network.
