Pesticides are indispensable and important production materials for ensuring stable agricultural production and harvest and ensuring global food supply.Due to the enormous pressure of population,food and environment,the development of pesticide companies is related to the healthy and sustainable development of the entire agricultural industry chain.Due to the overcapacity,the market supply exceeds demand,and the homogenization of pesticide products is so severe that the main competition methods in the pesticide industry today cannot shake off the price war.In this fierce market competition mechanism,whether the pesticide company can occupy the market first,its marketing management will play a decisive role,and determine how far the company can go in the industry.This article attempts to analyze and evaluate the market environment of pesticides and the status quo of the marketing network of pesticide companies to find out the main problems in the construction of marketing network.A company as an industry case,through the analysis of the status quo of its marketing network,to find the deficiencies in its marketing network,reached the following conclusions:It is clear that the traditional marketing network of the pesticide market restricts the development of the enterprise:the marketing work of the enterprise is not deep,the phenomenon of goods dumping between dealers is serious,the payment of money for each channel is not timely,and the channel terminal is weak.It points out that the core of marketing network management of A enterprise is to strengthen the management of distributors and retailers.The specific steps of optimizing the marketing network of A enterprise are put forward:optimize the marketing evaluation mechanism,strengthen the price management of products,strengthen the management of business processes,and strengthen the management of dealers.
