The Fit Between Business Model And Transboundary Search Strategy For The Enterprise Innovation Performance

Along with the rapid development of emerging communications technology,the Internet platform of constant progress,enterprises pay more attention to reshape the Internet business model,breaking the curing inertia,economic structure and corporate governance modes of thinking,to promote transformation and upgrading of industry,and realize the innovation drive development,finally get the innovation performance.At the same time,the enterprise is facing the impact of globalization and open innovation,competition is more complex,uncertain and volatile market environment,customer preferences,especially in the "Internet +" under the guidance of core connotation,more and more enterprises have "open" and"crossover" thinking,positive use of external resources to improve their competitive advantage.From the Angle of business model and cross-border search strategy research innovation performance of enterprise is the age of the Internet enterprise management and the need to focus on the topic of theory research.,however,the existing theoretical research mainly focused on the business model and enterprise performance,cross-border search and performance research,and for the relationship between innovation performance and,the regulation of cross-border search strategy effect is seldom studied.Based in Shanghai and shenzhen,Hong Kong,the U.S.stock market across the media entertainment,electronic information,020,Internet banking,electronic payment,software and services industries of 123 Chinese listed companies,for example,around the "cross-border business model matching search strategy impact on innovation performance," the basic proposition,further study of the efficiency of:(1)business models and innovative business models to the enterprise innovation performance;(2)different themes of cross-border business model matching to the enterprise innovation performance after search strategy:(3)the influence of the technological knowledge of transboundary search strategy and market knowledge of transboundary search strategy is the regulating effect of business models and innovation performance.On the basis of comprehensive studies have formed six hypothesis,this paper through content analysis,mathematical statistics tools one by one,finally get the following results:(1)efficiency and innovative business models has significant positive influence on innovation performance,and actively promote enterprise innovation performance;(2)the regulation of cross-border search strategy effect exists,in particular,the efficiency type business pattern matching technology of transboundary search strategy,innovative business model to match market knowledge of transboundary search strategy has significant positive influence on innovation performance,and actively promote enterprise innovation performance;(3)new business pattern matching technology knowledge cross-border search strategy,the efficiency of the commercial pattern matching market knowledge of transboundary search strategy no significant impact on innovation performance.Throughout this article,mainly from the following several aspects has carried on the innovation:(1)put forward theoretically and empirically the impact of business model innovation performance;(2)put forward theoretically and empirically the commercial pattern matching crossover search strategy impact on innovation performance;(3)put forward theoretically and empirically the regulating effect of cross-border search strategy.
