| In Knowledge economy era,with the rise of strategic emerging industries,many China high-tech enterprises will have internal resource constraints and other issues,resulting in low technological innovation performance.In addition,technological innovation is a complex systematic project that needs a lot of resources such as information,knowledge and technology,but there will be problems such as knowledge gap and low speed of innovation in the process of resource input.On the one hand,the complexity of technological innovation system and the refinement of technology development division of labor make it difficult for any enterprise to grasp all the latest knowledge related to its own development,resulting in a knowledge gap;On the other hand,as technology updates are accelerated and product life cycles are shortened,enterprises face enormous challenges in their development,insufficient internal resources and slow product updates.How to obtain the knowledge of products,technology and technology through external knowledge search behavior to improve the technological innovation performance is an urgent problem to be solved.In the research,based on the theory of open innovation,knowledge management and dynamic ability,our article constructs a framework of knowledge search and organizational learning for technological innovation.By clarifying the connotation and dimensions of knowledge search,organizational learning and technological innovation,we divide knowledge search into knowledge search width and depth,organizational learning is divided into absorptive capacity and desorption capacity.On this basis,we discuss the learning ability that knowledge needs in knowledge transfer between innovation subjects,and study the mechanism of knowledge search and organizational learning on technology innovation.The results show that knowledge search width and depth play a positive role in technological innovation performance,and knowledge search width and depth both influence technological innovation performance through absorptive capacity and desorption capacity.The full text thesis is divided into six chapters,the main research contents are as follows.The first chapter is an introduction,introducing the research background,purpose and significance of the research,research contents and research methods,and combing and summarizing the relevant research at home and abroad;The second chapter is the theoretical basis,and expounds the basic ideas and contents of open innovation,knowledge management and dynamic capabilities,which provides the theoretical basis for the research on technological innovation of follow-up knowledge search and organizational learning,and the connotation and dimensions of knowledge search,organizational learning and technological innovation are clarified.The third chapter is about the models of knowledge search,organizational learning and technological innovation,and the learning ability required for knowledge transfer between innovative subjects is analyzed.The theoretical model is also established Put forward research hypothesis;The fourth chapter is the research design,through the measurement of variables to determine the research questionnaire,pre-research,pre-research to make changes to the questionnaire to form a formal questionnaire;The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis and the conclusions of the proposal,using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the data collected in the formal questionnaire,the use of AMOS24.0 software structural equation modeling to verify the research hypothesis,and finally the empirical results were analyzed and for technological innovation performance suggestions and measures;The sixth chapter summarizes the research results from the perspective of knowledge search and organizational learning ability to enhance technological innovation,concludes the innovation of the full text,and points out the insufficiency of research and future research direction. |
