In China's social economy,the status of agriculture and animal husbandry should not be overlooked,as a part of agriculture,it also has an important contribution to the development of social economy,which is an important component of modern agriculture.Therefore,accelerate the construction of extension system of animal husbandry and veterinary technology,is very important to promote the development of animal husbandry.At present,China's animal husbandry and veterinary technology promotion has made a lot of achievements,but there are still some issues that hinder the construction of animal husbandry and veterinary technology promotion system.Therefore,animal husbandry and veterinary technology promotion system study is of great significance,is conducive to stable livestock fundamental status,it will help improve rural incomes,and promote social harmony and stability.In this paper,the status quo of Boluo County animal husbandry and veterinary technology popularization system,after the problems and the reasons for research and analysis in accordance with the requirements of the market economy,combined with the implementation of the "Agriculture Law","Agricultural Technology Promotion Law","Animal Epidemic Prevention",etc.a series of laws and regulations,strengthen the countermeasures proposed Boluo animal husbandry and veterinary technology extension system: first,improve the management structure,achieve scientific coordination and management;second,strengthen the building,improve the quality of personnel;and third,to increase capital investment,working conditions and provide a platform to promote animal husbandry and veterinary extension system;fourth,the establishment of joint mechanisms and research enterprises,science and technology to promote the formation of multiple patterns.Through this study,with a view to the healthy development of animal husbandry energize,provide reference for the study of animal husbandry and veterinary technology promotion units at all levels.
