Study On The Rural Public Service Platform As Exemplified By Xinxing Country

Regarding the result of public services supplying take the “dual” supply system is serious non-equal in urban and rural areas for public services.A new reform proposition was promoted on The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee that includes improving the mechanisms for coordinating urban and rural development in an effort to allow farmers to share the fruits of the country’s modernization.This paper chooses rural public service platform as research object and deeply explores how to construct rural platforms based on theoretical analysis and questionnaires.Through theoretical analysis and elaboration on rural public service platform connotation and theories,the objective and content of platform are decided properly.The study focus on the rural areas,it analyses the situation of rural public service platform in Xin Xing Country.Furthermore,it summarizes the issues of the platform,and makes the suggestion that how to establish the rural public service plat from three aspects,including organizational guarantee,financial guarantee and basic standard guarantee.
