Financial leasing is the result of the western developed countries,is the inevitable outcome of the market economy development to a certain degree,after vigorous development around the world,it is just below the worldwide status of bank credit,the second largest creditor's rights financing mode.During the period of reform and opening up the introduction of our country is developing rapidly.Experience stagnant stage of development in the 1990 s,but with the development of the reform of our country's financial system and economy,the financial leasing industry to spurt of vitality,but compared with the relatively mature financial leasing industry in the developed countries,China's financial leasing industry development space is still limited.How to accelerate the development of financial leasing industry,become the driving forces of the national economy is a problem we should think about.The focus of the research of this paper is the present situation of the development of financial leasing industry in our country,analyzes the difficulties in the process of development,the influence factors of mining influence the financial leasing industry in our country,to further promote the healthy and continuous development of financial leasing industry has realistic reference value and significance.This thesis consists of four parts,the first part is introduction,mainly introduced the research background and significance of this paper,research methods and the basic framework,and put forward the difficult point and the innovation points of this paper;The second part is literature review on financial leasing research,mainly discusses the meaning and function in economic activity financial leasing related theories and development problems,and financial leasing mode and the impact on the national economy problems of the research;The third part is the financial leasing industry in our country development present situation and the difficulties faced by,mainly includes the development of financial leasing in China and the existing model and the analysis of the causes of the financial leasing industry development,and then leads to the plight of the financial leasing industry in our country,mainly around the degree of development lag,weak economies of scale,access to funds channels for a single,national finance system support is not in place,industry norms and its existing problems are analyzed;Based on the analysis of the fourth part is based on the above dilemma optimization measures are put forward,the purpose is to promote the sustainable and healthy development of financial leasing industry in our country,the main measures has set up a system of financial innovation,innovative financial leasing mode,strengthen the cultivation of leasing professional talents,establishing perfect system of industry and national increasing financial support.
