Since the 1990 s, with the gradual transition of agricultural production from traditional to modern, agricultural scientific zone arises at the historic moment as a modern intensive agriculture demonstration window.The emergence of agriculture scientific zone plays an important exemplary role for spreading agricultural technology.Since the 90 s, suzhou began to invest in modern agriculture zone and last for nearly 20 years, the number of suzhou agricultural zone has increased dramatically during this period.According to the survey of the related department of agriculture, there are more than 100 prefecture modern agricultural zones in suzhou,distributing in wujiang, kunshan, changshu, zhangjiagang, taicang, etc.They developed in several modes such as agricultural demonstration base, agricultural science and technology demonstration zone, agricultural industrial development zone, ecological agriculture zone.Under the situation of rapid development momentum, there are many prominent problems in the process of the construction and development of agricultural scientific zone, the existence of specific problems, led to two most fundamental problems of formation :the low economic benefits of agriculture zone and the low capacity of regional leading industry, the development present situation didn’t achieve the goal of expected, affecting people’s confidence to the development of agricultural zone.In addition to inadequate protection of the external policy support and funding constraints, there is another important reason lies in the zone itself has not form a complete technical support system and its benign operation mechanism.Mainly displays in:(1) many zones has indistinct location, which can not adapt the regional industry development and practical production requirements, leading to the technology demand orientation is not clear;(2) the zone itself has insufficient power of science and technology, the technical innovation ability is not strong, and have not form a stable and healthy development of the cooperation mechanism with the external educational institutions in the talent introduction and transformation of scientific and technological achievement;(3) many zones lack in technical innovation with enterprise as the core subject, and the agricultural technology popularization system without effective combination, so as to make the technical promotion and diffusion channel impeded, the guidance and leading role did not play out.This paper used literature research, questionnaire survey, field interviews, data statistics and other methods to make analysis and evaluation of suzhou modern agricultural zone construction and development present situation, find and points out the problems and restricting factors of the development of suzhou modern agricultural zone, and on this basis, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in suzhou.The innovation of this article has three: 1, based on the multiple dimensions, make system investigation, evaluation and diagnosis of suzhou modern agricultural park technology innovation model, technical route and innovation mechanism.2, starting from the original intention and the target of its construction, in addition to economic function, this article will from the Angle of government management, focus on the system mechanism of agricultural operation, radiation impetus function, incubation cultivation function, etc.;3, this article is written for the problems existing in the development process of suzhou agricultural zone, put forward the effective countermeasures to guide the construction of suzhou agricultural zones and the sustainable development of the technical system.In this paper, the research results will provide beneficial help for the suzhou modern agricultural zone construction, provide a reference of the construction of modern agriculture zone for domestic brother cities, and ultimately make contributions to development of modern agriculture.
