| In recent years,with the deepening of international financial cooperation,studies on regional financial cooperation are gradually increasing,which result emergence of a lot of valuable research results.Nowadays,China and Russia’s financial cooperation is going on regardless of influences of US’s “Subprime crisis”,“Crimean crisis” and other big events.As it is known to all,there are very close political,economic and cultural communications between China and Russia.However,financial cooperation between these two countries is just on the very beginning,the level of it is still quite low,the range of it is still too narrow,and the scale of it is still very small.In order to build a new international financial order and to fight against the US dollar hegemony,China and Russia’s cooperation in the financial sector has become inevitable,and it is showing a new trend."Belt and Road Initiative" is China’s highest national top-level strategy,the implementation of which also requires the support and participation of Russia-China’s largest neighbor.Russia has launched a development strategy in the Far East,and has released a series of positive signals.Chinese border-regional banks actively seek opportunities and carry out strategic upgrades for cooperation with Russia.In 2014 Russia became one of the original members of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank,which was founded by propose of China.In this paper,a more in-depth SWOT analysis for China-Russia financial cooperation under the current situation was taken out,and the conclusion is that under severe Western sanctions on Russia,there are also some favorable factors for financial cooperation.China should seize the opportunity to develop financial cooperation with Russia,continuously carry out financial innovation,upgrade financial cooperation level,pay attention to cross-border e-commerce and other emerging financial needs,moreover,it is not less important for China to be clear of the risk in the process of financial cooperation with Russia and do its best for the risk warning and prevention. |
