With the development of personal financing business,commercial banks continue to personal financial adviser system into the business management,and to take personal financial adviser in charge of the system,making the personal financial adviser this role is becoming increasingly important.The personal financial adviser is on behalf of the bank engaged in financial business,for the customer's income,assets and liabilities for financial analysis,as well as the assets of the planning and make some investment advice and other specialized services.In addition,the personal financial adviser is also the bank directly with the customer dialogue and service personnel,not just the image of the bank on behalf of its quality will also directly on the bank's sustainable development have a greater impact.So the position in the work arrangements for the right people,can effectively give full play to its ability to achieve greater returns.However,how to speed up the construction of personal financial adviser,and to build a set of recruitment,training and performance management aspects of its evaluation system has become the major commercial banks currently need to solve the problem.This paper uses Zhangjiakou bank personal finance consultant as the research object,uses the document law,the interview method and the expert appraisal method to carry on the analysis research to Zhangjiakou bank personal finance consultant's competency,has reviewed the Zhangjiakou bank personal finance consultant development present situation,through the questionnaire survey,The factors such as personality traits,team collaboration,business ability and customer interaction ability,achievement motivation and thinking ability constitute the model of personal financial advisor competence.At the same time,some valuable conclusions have been obtained in the application of demographic analysis,such as gender does not constitute a significant difference in the personal financial management of Zhangjiakou Bank;the impact of age is more obvious and so on.And put forward the concrete measures to optimize the human resource activities of Zhangjiakou Bank such as recruitment,training,salary assessment and performance management.
