Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Baoshang Bank

Since the 21st century, China's economy has shown a trend of rapid development, the reform of the commercial banking sector is an important booster. China's banking sector development has a remarkable success, but China's banking business processes and the great shortage, it is necessary to implement Business Process Reengineering, is carried out to create, to meet market requirements, thus making it an advantage in the competition. For a commercial bank, process design is efficiency is not high, logical very direct influence the bank service quality is good or bad, the operation efficiency of high and low, cost control and risk control efficacy of to determine the bank's competitiveness on the market. This paper selects BaoShang bank as a small enterprise Business Process Reengineering case study on behalf of, on which to carry out a small business loan business, information systems and data management, risk assessment mechanism, business processes, internal control cost problems were analyzed. Based on the successful experience of A and B two banks, give some useful suggestions for the bank which is put forward to improve the Business Process Reengineering. In this paper, we put forward to improve the Business Process Reengineering of the BaoShang banks from four aspects:strengthening the understanding of Business Process Reengineering, doing the centralized operation well, strengthening the risk management of business process, establishing the efficient business process model. The research results of great practical significance for reference to, want to be able to provide a good opportunity for further development of the bank by the contractor in this study.
