With great changes of domestic and foreign financial environment,the business model of traditional commercial banks cannot meet development requirements of commercial banks.Improving operational efficiency has become an inevitable trend in the development of commercial banks by centralizing process of back-office services,In order to prevent risks,improve efficiency,and offer better service,Bank A perfected relevant process following the guideline that adjusts foreground operations to back-office,centralizes operation in back-office,specializes centralized operations.However,as the business evolves,existing business processes cannot meet new development needs,and they have to be optimized and rebuilt to further enhance the operational efficiency of Bank A.To further optimize the main business processes of Bank A,the article firstly studies the main business processes of Bank A,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on the status and main problems of Bank A by interview investigation to figure out what needs to be reformed.Issues of main business processes of Bank A,such as centralized authorization counters are not fully covered,process standards are not strict enough,and low efficiency in the comprehensive account opening business process.Then,based on analysis of exiting problems,this article designed the implementation plan of the main business process reengineering,and clarified the work content,time schedule and corresponding personnel arrangement in the rebuilding process of main business process.According to the plan mentioned above,this article optimized the main business processes and adjusted the organizational structure of Bank A.For the effect of business process after reengineering,the article selected the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate it throughly.Finally after the evaluation,we came to the conclusion that the business process after reengineering is in good condition.This paper takes the main business process of Bank A as the research object.By analyzing the problems of A-bank's main business and designing the business reform process,it can not only provide reference for actual management of Bank A,but also provide experience for other banks.
