In recent years, the pace of interest rate liberalization, financial integration and globalization in international interest market is moving faster and faster. Also, the customer’s need is developing towards the direction of individuation and diversity and bank industry competition becomes more fierce. Faced with the challenges, western commercial banks have changed operating idea greatly. The traditional operating idea of "Division work" and "Scientific Management" gradually change to the operating strategy idea which is concentrating on satisfying customer’need. With international commercial banks entirely entering Chinese market, our domestic commercial banks suffer great pressure, due to international commercial banks’advantages in operating mechanism, risk management, internal control, business flow, operating style and etc. However, our domestic commercial banks have plenty of shortages:production homogenization, lack of profession, high complexity of business, low efficiency, lack of core competitive strength, single profit pattern. Faced with pressure from domestic commercial market, threat of international bank and the success which they gain from the business flow rebuild, business flow rebuild had become the hot spot among domestic banks. As a result, how to rebuild to improve operating efficiency and finally improve competitive strength is a tough and urgent subject.Based on Shanxi branch of Communication Bank, this paper express international commercial banks advanced business flow of bank operating modern, use case-analysis method, compare-analysis method, ractice-analysis method and so on, combine with economics, management, value chain and bank rebuild theory, try to provide a guide and reference framework to our commercial bank in bank business flow rebuild through researching Shanxi branch of Communication Bank’s business flow rebuild process as well as other domestic banks’business flow.Through collecting bulk of related books and materials, this paper uses bank business flow rebuild theory to analyze current customer service business flow, counter business flow, technique support business flow and so on. The aim is to find out the problems and providing corresponding rebuild case and redesign the business flow, optimizing Shanxi branch main business flow, solving the problems of low efficiency, customer lose and etc. At the same time, the paper introduce a set of scientific measure to achieve the individual and different needs from different customers, and finally improve customers’satisfaction, as well as the core competitive strength of Shanxi Branch of Communication Bank.
